Homemade Condensed Cream of Chicken soup

For use in dishes that call for canned creamed soups
Makes 3 cups (about 2 cans)
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon parsley
dash of paprika
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup flour
1. In medium saucepan, boil chicken broth, 1/2 cup of the milk, and the seasonings for a minute (longer if using fresh onions or garlic).
2. In a bowl, whisk together the remaining 1-cup of milk and flour. Add to boiling mixture and continue whisking briskly until mixture boils and thickens.
The leftover soup freezes well for anytime you need a quick can of soup for a recipe.

I just have to share this with you.

I have been looking for a cell phone plan that would work for me. First it needed to have a good reception, because I live in the Tenn. Hills where some receptions are bad. Next it needed to be affordable for my budget. Well I found it!  It’s called Straight Talk. I have great reception and it’s affordable. And the best thing is there is no contract to sign. If you want to read more about it, just go to
They have several plans and prices to fit your needs. I choose the $45.00 a month plan with unlimited minutes, text, web access and calls to 411.
