Crockpot Stew Recipe

1/4 cup flour
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds stew meat
3 cups water
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon paprika
4-6 carrots, sliced
5-6 medium potatoes, cubed
2 medium onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, sliced in small slices
 
Mix flour, salt and pepper in crock pot
Add meat, stir to coat
Add all remaining ingredients
Stir to mix well
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours
Stir before serving
Remove bay leaf
